The chef knife is the all-purpose multi-purpose knife.
Its longer shape and wide base allow to cut and mince any type of food, even large ones.
The grip is the big plus of this range.A soft material on a rounded handle,it adapts to any type of hand and does not slip. The POM material is antibacterial and highly resistant to heat and water.
The blade is made of MBS-26 steel.oxidation resistant, at 0.9% carbon, the hardness is 59-60HRC. Very good thread retention over time and resistance to intensive use.

The median grit #1000 is essential for proper maintenance of the blade.
A diamond plane (Atoma #140) for stone surface maintenance.
The stone must maintain a perfectly flat surface to properly sharpen your knives. The stone often hollows out faster than you think and especially than you notice. Make sure the stone stays flat with this dressing plate.
